ADP Employee Self Service

ADP Self Service is available to any employee who is receiving a paycheck from Pearson, and is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If this is your first time working with Pearson or your bank account information has changed since you last worked, you must update this information in ADP prior to the pay date cutoff.

Through the ADP Self Service website, you can:

•  View all of your Pearson pay statements (they will be available online for 36 months)
•  View the images of your Pearson W-2s
•  Save and even print your pay statements and W-2s
•  Sign up for or change your existing direct deposit
•  Update your federal and state tax withholding

ADP Self Service is a secure web site that uses SSL technology to encrypt your personal information. You can access ADP Self Service anytime or anywhere using an Internet connection.

Updated paycheck information will be available at approximately 7:00am Central Time (CDT) on each pay date.
 

Current Users:

  1. Visit the ADP Self Service website at: https://portal.adp.com
  2. Enter your login information: userid@psn and your password 

First-Time Users:

  1. Visit the ADP Self Service website at: https://portal.adp.com
  2. Click "Need an account? SIGN UP" and follow the registration instructions

    Prior to your first pay date, you should receive an email communication from Pearson Human Resources with the registration information you will need to sign up. If you do not receive this communication, please email us at scorenbpts@pearson.com.

Helpful Hints and Important Notes:

  • Please allow 24-48 hours following your first day of employement with Pearson before accessing ADP Employee Self Service. Please note, however, that depending on a number of factors, it could take up to seven (7) business days before you will be able to register on the ADP site. 
  • Your ADP log-in information is different than any other Pearson system log-in. Please keep track of this information.
  • If you forget your ADP user ID and/or password, please utilize the "Forgot your user ID/password?" tool on the ADP homepage. If you continue to experience difficulties or are locked out of the system, please call Pearson People Services toll free at 877-311-0948 (Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm CDT).
  • If you use ADP Self Service with another employer, you will still need to register in the system and setup the appropriate information for your employment with Pearson.
  • All direct deposit changes must be made by 6:00pm CDT on the Friday before pay week in order to take effect onn the following week's pay check.
